What can I expect at The Outdoor Experience?

Over the 45 minute workouts, you'll experience a varied and high intensity workout, designed to improve your fitness and transform your body. You may select 2 or 3 workouts a week (8 or 12 a month) depending on ​your goals!

You will become a member of the family where you'll have the support of others going through the transformation experience right beside you, motivating and supporting one another as a team.

You will enjoy the beautiful city of Kingston and all the breath-taking views, different training grounds and scenery it has to offer while transforming your body.
