-Nationally certified personal trainer through ISSA. 

 

I’ve coached many sports including football, basketball and softball & have put together workout and nutrition programs for my athletes. I’ve competed at the collegiate level in the sport of football and have a variety of knowledge in workout programing, nutritional guidance and positive habit formation. I specialize in motivating my campers/clients and pushing them to reach their full potential using unique, fun and unorthodox training techniques. I've been running boot camp classes for 2 months and I love helping my campers reach their health and fitness goals!
