I really love Ryan as a coach because he is very motivating and lives by what he teaches . Ryan is the best fitness coach I have ever worked with. I have spent thousands of dollars at other programs and didn't get half the results in the past. Ryan makes sure the atmosphere at Bootcamp is fun, positive and supportive. I truly look forward to getting up at 530am to come to bootcamp and I am not a morning person at all. Ryan makes sure that nobody is left behind and he pays attention and compliments EVERYONE whether you are first or last. He makes sure everyone feels comfortable and will modify workouts if you need it. He also provides nutritional information which is simple , to the point and easy to understand. He also holds you accountable by sending you texts and emails to ensure you come to class and that you are getting the most out of the experience. What Can I Expect Expect At Boot Camp?

Over the 45 minute workouts, you'll experience a varied and high intensity body weight workout, designed to improve your fitness and transform your body. You will have 3 boot camp workouts each week for a duration of 4 weeks! You will use elements such as hills, benches, stairs, the beach, a bridge and more in your training! Equipment such as agility ladders, cones, resistance bands, reaction balls and other items will be utilized as well! 

You will become a member of the family where you'll have the support of others going through the boot camp beside you, motivating and supporting one another as a team.

You will enjoy the beautiful city of Kingston and all the breath-taking views, different training grounds and scenery it has to offer while transforming your body.
